BACKGROUND:
In 2020, Safetytech completed the extension works including the sprinkler system to the new Learning Hub at Newman College.
CHALLENGES:
As we were engaged on a construct only basis we were working to documentation prepared by a consultant. The documentation had many inconsistencies along with many non-conformances along with lack of information.
SOLUTIONS:
Our senior management reviewed all documentation and offered proposals which were both complaint to the Australian Standards/NCC and cost effective solutions for the client.
