Fire Equipment Servicing, Inspection, Testing & Maintenance in Perth and across Western Australia

The initial moments of an emergency fire are absolutely crucial. It is imperative that your fire safety equipment onsite is regularly inspected, tested and maintained. As defined in the National Construction Code (NCC) Class 2 to Class 9 buildings, building legislation requires these building types to be inspected, tested, maintained with a record of results documented.

100% Western Australian, family owned and operated, Safetytech Fire Services offer independent and trusted advice. With the core structure of our business built around routine inspection and testing of fire equipment assets you can rest assured that you assets and people are in good hands.

Our Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs incorporates scheduled maintenance called Inspection, Testing and Maintenance.

With fully qualified staff who have as a minimum completed an apprenticeship in Fire Protection “The Services Trades College” in Queensland (Note: Western Australia legislation currently does not have any requirements or licencing for field tradesmen. This “GAP” has always made our organisation uncomfortable. We could not operate with “technicians” as employees. We will only serve you with the best and therefore we adapted a rule to follow requirements from Queensland and send all staff through an apprenticeship. Even our director and “qualified” staff have completed a mature aged apprenticeship and hold a register qualification in the fire industry) along with accreditation from FPAS (Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme) operated by FPAA (Fire Protection Association Australia) you can rest assured that Safetytech Fire Services are practicing industry best standards.

Building fire systems are integrated to control a fire event, either actively extinguishing a fire or passively stopping the fire & smoke from spreading. We offer fire Safety Audits FREE to examine your premise, existing incumbent documentation and will provide a detailed Building Safety Report outlining in detail the state of repair of the buildings fire safety and protection systems.

We will ensure your buildings safety systems remain capable of performing to a standard not less than they were originally required and commissioned to achieve.

Our inhouse portal has the capabilities to provide you with an evaluation of the system’s ability to interface as originally intended
