Maxi‑Fire collars are advanced pipe fire protection devices designed to maintain the fire resistance of walls and floors where plastic and combustible pipes pass through fire‑rated barriers. Featuring high‑expansion intumescent technology, these collars expand rapidly under heat, sealing openings and preventing the spread of fire, smoke and hot gases.
