CHALLENGES:
Projects located away from main cities do always come with their own challenges. Design & Project Management do play a great part in ensuring our installation team can commence and complete the project with no hold ups.
SOLUTIONS:
Our design team are fully equipt with REVIT design software which gave us clear and precise 3D viewing. This assists us understand each project in greater detail. Our team identified a number of services clashes when reviewing the coordination. They issued a NAVIS viewing file to all trades, giving clear and precise insights for discussion. Our client was not familiar with this process and was very impressed with how easy the “understanding process” became. Furthermore, it allowed for each and every person onsite understand their specific requirements resulting in another project finished on time and on budget.
