BACKGROUND:
Located in the suburb of Martin, Manoah Homes under when upgrade, including an extension wing for dementia patients.
CHALLENGES:
COVID live in the community, Aged Care semi locked down, dementia patients in sections of the building, this project was extremely sensitive.
SOLUTIONS:
Our experienced technicians from our Maintenance department who already were incumbents fire services contractors in this building helped greatly. They knew the house rules and were very familiar with management and residence. Safetytech Maintenance division and Construction divisions pulled together ensuring a trouble free installation.
