Esplanade – Brigade Board Replacement
BACKGROUND:
Our after hours technician received a call from building management advising of fault on the Fire Indicator Panel. Upon arrival and further investigation our technician identified that the Brigade Board was damaged and required replacement.
CHALLENGES:
With the brigade board not working power to the Fire Brigade monitoring device was automatically removed. We faced time restrains to be able to source a replacement board along with availability locally.
SOLUTIONS:
With an experienced service manager we were able to source the replacement part ex-east and have it air bagged across for installation the following morning.
