DMIRS
BACKGROUND:
Safetytech Fire Service have been the incumbent fire services contractor for 5 of DMIRS (Dept. of Mine, Industry Regulation & Safety) sites since 2016. The mission of DMIRS is to support a safe, fair and reasonable future for Western Australian community, industry and resources sector.
CHALLENGES:
The existing infrastructure of the fire system is aged and replacement components are now superseded. We take a very cautious approach to our scheduling of the routine inspections and how we forecast system repairs and upgrades.
SOLUTIONS:
We have assisted DMIRS with out of hours testing to eliminate any inconvenience to staff. Safetytech also offer a 24 hour service to ensure the building is safe and compliant at all times. All technicians are qualified to Australian Framework and accredited with the Fire Protection Association of Australia.
